Impact of Flooding in Thailand on Isuzu Operations

Following is the most recent information regarding the impact of the flooding in Thailand on operations of Isuzu and its consolidated subsidiary.
In Thailand Isuzu vehicles are assembled at Samrong plant and Gateway plant of Isuzu Motors Co., Thailand Ltd (IMCT), which is Isuzus consolidated subsidiary. IMCT will continue to suspend production at its plants until Friday, November 11, 2011.
