| Sagawa Global Logistics Co., Ltd., which offers international logistics services as a member of SG Holdings Group, will commence door-to-door delivery service in the city of Guangzhou, in Guangdong Province, China. Shanghai Dazhong Sagawa Logistics Co., Ltd., Sagawa Global Logistics' subsidiary providing door-to-door delivery service in Shanghai, will establish a new base (Guangzhou Branch) in Guangzhou and launch door-to-door delivery service in Guangzhou and the adjacent city of Foshan on November 21, 2011. |

| In January 2003, Shanghai Dazhong Sagawa Logistics began providing door-to-door delivery service in Shanghai. With the expansion of the internet shopping market in China, fierce competition is in progress throughout the country among many delivery companies. Since its establishment, Shanghai Dazhong Sagawa Logistics has been engaged in training and development of local drivers, and has been offering high-quality transportation services similar to those provided in Japan, such as a package tracking system and a cash-on-delivery service. Because of these efforts, the company has now been commissioned by a major mail-order company to deliver its products. Amid such rapid growth in the mail-order market, the number of delivery items that Shanghai Dazhong Sagawa Logistics handles is increasing. Moreover, to enhance customer convenience, in March this year the company initiated the service of paying with a UnionPay card at the time of delivery. |
