Assignment of Subsidiary Operations (Progress Report)
As already disclosed in "Announcement of Business Transfer of Subsidiary Company" dated December 10, 2008, "Announcement of Business Transfer of Subsidiary Company (Progress Report)" dated February 13, 2009 and "Announcement of Business Transfer of Subsidiary Company (Progress Report)" dated March 2, 2009, the group is engaged in a process of selection and concentration, under which it has already assigned 31 outlets operated by consolidated subsidiary Food Scope, Inc. to Secret Table Co., Ltd. The remaining two outlets were scheduled to be assigned to Secret Table Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2009, but we are still in the process of negotiating with lessors on the terms and conditions for assignment of lease rights to the properties and plan to complete assignment to Secret Table Co., Ltd. on May 1.
Please note that there have been no changes in the assignee, number of outlets assigned, tentative assignment price and values of assigned assets and liabilities.
