Remedial Measures for Barrington House Baji Koen
As disclosed in "Public Announcement of Investigations by Tokyo Metropolis " on November 12, 2008, the company's Barrington House Baji Koen building was found in a study conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government not to satisfy some ultimate lateral strength standards. We have therefore, under the direction of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, formulated a remedial plan.
This is to inform you that the remedial plan was submitted to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and formally accepted today. Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd. is scheduled to commence remedial works shortly, and we continue to focus on the identification of a stable assignee, looking forward to an early completion of the project.
