On January 16, 2012, a matter pending when it was announced that Oriental Kasei Co., Ltd. will absorb Toyo Plax Co., Ltd., which will be dissolved, in a merger and that the absorption-type merger between the Company’s two wholly owned subsidiaries will be renamed Toyo Color Co. Ltd., has, today, been formally decided by a meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors as follows:
