Fidec concludes an agreement on the 5.3 billion yen worth of a syndicated loan

Fidec Corporation concluded an agreement on the 5.3 billion yen worth of a syndicated loan with Mizuho Bank,
Ltd. as an arranger, effective June 20, 2006.
The Company is developing a new accounts receivable factoring service, combining its financing and
outsourcing services, and is offering new financing options for small and medium sized companies. The agreement will make possible efficient and flexible financing to respond to the financial demands of purchasing account receivables in expanding of the business of the Company.

Further, as the company already has an agreement on the 2 billion yen worth of the syndicated loan with The Bank of Yokohama, Ltd. as an arranger, the total amount of financing available is now 7.3 billion yen.
