Tsubakimoto Chain Introduces the New TKR0150 Tsubaki Plastic Cableveyor
For Use in Solar Panel/Solar Cell Manufacturing Equipment and a Wide Range of Applications
New compact model added to low-noise, low-dust-generating TKR Series
Tsubakimoto Chain (Headquarters: Osaka, Japan. Chairman and President: Takashi Fukunaga) is pleased to announce the addition of the compact TKR0150 to the low-noise, low-dust-generating TKR Series of Tsubaki Plastic Cableveyors that guide and support cables and hoses on industrial machinery. Sales of the new product will commence April 1.
The TKR Tsubaki Plastic Cableveyor ensures quiet and clean operation with its unique, bending design that utilizes short pitch and the flexibility of plastic, and the adoption of an extremely slippery material with excellent wear-resistance. Since its launch in 2006, the TKR0200 (pitch: 20 mm, internal height of cable/hose housing: 28 mm) has proved to be extremely popular and is used in semiconductor/LCD fabrication equipment, precision machinery, and a variety of other applications.
The TKR0150 (pitch: 15 mm, internal height of cable/hose housing: 22 mm) has been designed with customer requests for a low-noise, low-dust-generating model firmly in mind. Further touches of originality in all its constituent parts help the new design achieve a compact size that meets industry needs for enhanced clean-environment specifications and silent machinery.
