DOCOMO Ranked Top for Fourth Straight Year in Business-Customer Satisfaction for Mobile Phone and PHS Services

TOKYO, JAPAN, August 30, 2012 --- NTT DOCOMO, INC., Japan’s leading mobile operator and provider of integrated services centered on mobility, announced today that business customers in Japan report they are more satisfied with mobile phone or PHS services from DOCOMO than any other provider — the fourth consecutive year DOCOMO has achieved this top ranking — according to the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2009-2012 Japan Business Mobile Phone Service Studies SM.
The study examined four factors to determine overall satisfaction: handset and service, troubleshooting, sales representatives, and cost.

DOCOMO has carried out a variety of initiatives since the previous study to further upgrade services, including enhancing its smartphone and tablet service menu with new cloud-based solutions and introducing new security services, and also improving network quality and coverage areas for its FOMA™ 3G and Xi™ (read “Crossy”) LTE services.
