Cancellation of Designation of OKI as "Securities under Supervision (Confirmation)"
TOKYO, September 14, 2012 -- OKI (TSE:6703, the "Company") today announces that the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange have cancelled designation of the shares of the Company as those "under supervision (confirmation)" effective September 15, following the Company's submission of its first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013 quarterly report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
As announced in "Notice of Improper Accounting at an Overseas Consolidated Subsidiary and Postponement of Q1 Financial Results Announcement" issued on August 8, 2012", the shares of the Company were designated as those "under supervision (confirmation)".
