Please note that if the Bank correspondance is returned undeliverable due to an unknown address etc., an ATM withdrawal service will be temporaliry suspended for the safety of your assets. Fund transfers:
Fund transfer requests received after 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 will be credited to accounts on Friday, January 4, 2013.
Investment trusts transactions:
Transactions made during holidays will be executed on the following business day. Please note that some investment trusts are not executed on specified days as well.

Shinsei Bank branches are closed from Saturday, December 29, 2012 through Thursday, January 3, 2013.
