the introduction of the Model TKZP Tsubaki Cableveyor, a simple and lightweight
hose & cable carrier system featuring an innovative structure.
Model TKZP Tsubaki Cableveyor
The Model TKZP Tsubaki Cableveyor is the industry's first hose & cable carrier
system (under our trade name, Cableveyor) in which cables & hoses can be set
in place simply by folding the strip and fastening it closed. This innovative structure
greatly simplifies maintenance as well as hose & cable insertion.
In addition to its robust design thanks to a mechanism that bends in only one
direction in a manner similar to conventional Tsubaki Cableveyor products, the link-free
structure and short pitch also minimize the generation of dust and noise. This results
in a cleaner work environment while also protecting hoses & cables.
Moreover, in light of its excellent value, this product is ideal for hose &
cable protection where hose & cable carriers such as Cableveyor are not conventionally
used. It can also be used to replace protective components such as spiral tubes
and corrugated tubes in an effort to improve functionality.

Features
- Incorporates simple fastening mechanism for ease of use.
The unique structure of this product allows for easy hose & cable storage:
simply fold the flat strip in half and fasten to close. As well, when hoses &
cables need to be replaced, they can be quickly removed. This product can also
be retrofit to existing hoses & cables. Moreover, this product can be easily
cut to the required length in units of 10 mm. As well, the Cableveyor can be
mounted to fixed equipment with the use of special brackets at both ends.

This product is designed to bend in only one direction. The short pitch and
link-free structure results in low noise and low dust generation.

Applications
This product is ideal for hose & cable protection where carrier components
such as Cableveyor are not conventionally used or to replace spiral tube, corrugated
tube, or other such protective components.
(This product can be used in a wide range of applications including motor vehicles,
amusement devices, medical equipment, and equipment for manufacturing semiconductors,
LCD semiconductors, and LCDs.)
Available sizes
This product is available in two inner widths: 10 mm and 15 mm.
(Regardless of width, the height of the internal space for hoses & cables
is 13 mm.)
