Isuzu's Business in UK

-Isuzu Truck (UK) Limited become wholly owned subsidiary of ISUZU-

Isuzu Motors Limited (head office; Shinagawa, Tokyo, president: Mr. Susumu Hosoi, hereafter "Isuzu") agreed to increase share holding of Isuzu Truck (UK) Limited (head office; Hertfordshire, managing director Nikki King, hereafter "ITUK"), distributor of Isuzu light/medium -duty trucks in UK from15% to 100% to become wholly owned subsidiary of Isuzu.

ITUK started Isuzu truck distribution in UK since 1996, which sales volume account for almost 40% of Isuzu sales in Europe. Becoming ITUK as100% subsidiary of Isuzu, Isuzu will directly implicate to local distribution business being more aware of the market needs and provide market closed up-graded product.
