Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd.
Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Katsumi Kitagawa; Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and the companies of Toyo Ink Group will implement the following organizational and personnel changes on April 1, 2013:
1. Reorganization of Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (effective April 1, 2013)
- The functions of the Global Strategy Department at Production-Logistics-Procurement HQ, including organizations, shall be transferred to Toyo Ink Engineering Corporation.
