Tsubaki to Establish Sales Company in Malaysia
Tsubakimoto Chain establishes a sales company offering parts for general
industrial machinery in Malaysia to support sales in East Asia
In an effort to support sales in East Asia, Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Headquarters:
Osaka, Japan. President: Isamu Osa) has established Tsubaki Power Transmission (Malaysia)
Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia. The new company will begin operating on April 1 as a wholly
owned subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore, President:
Yasushi Ohara).
To date, the Tsubaki Group has been growing its business in this region through
Tsubakimoto Singapore, its subsidiary. The new sales subsidiary, however, will provide
focused sales and technical services to customers mainly in the palm oil and automobile
industries.
