[Important Notice] Change to Overseas ATM Withdrawal Limit
To prevent unauthorized overseas ATM transactions, overseas ATM cash withdrawal limit per day will be changed as follows with effect from Saturday, June 1, 2013, depending on customers'ATM transaction history.

- For Customers with PowerFlex accounts
If either of the following conditions applies, the overseas ATM withdrawal limit* will be set at 0 yen effective Saturday, June 1, 2013.
- (Condition 1)
- PowerFlex accounts that were opened on and before May 31, 2008 and have not been used at overseas ATMs from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2013
- (Condition 2)
- PowerFlex accounts that were opened for the period from June 1, 2008 to November 30, 2012 and have not been used at overseas ATMs from their account opening day through May 31, 2013
- For those who will have an account with Shinsei Bank
PowerFlex accounts that are opened from June 1, 2013**
- *Default setting is JPY 100,000. Overseas ATM withdrawal limit can be set to the amount between JPY 0 and JPY 100,000 at customers'preference.
- **Those who make a request for account opening by mail late May 2013 and receive the cash card in June are requested to check their overseas withdrawal capability by phone or online.
Those who are subject to this change and wish to withdraw cash at overseas ATMs from Saturday, June 1, 2013 are requested to change the overseas ATM withdrawal limit in advance by phone or online.
Those who are not subject to this change or who have no plan to use ATM outside Japan for the time being are advised to set their overseas ATM withdrawal limit at 0 yen to keep their account safe.
Customers can easily check and change the withdrawal limit by phone or online.
