Please note that if the Bank correspondance is returned undeliverable due to an unknown address etc., an ATM withdrawal service will be temporaliry suspended for the safety of your assets. Fund transfers:
- Fund transfer requests received after 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013 will be credited to the accounts on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
- Fund transfer requests received after 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 will be credited to the accounts on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.
Investment trusts transactions:
Transactions made during holidays will be executed on the following business day. Please note that some investment trusts are not executed on specified days as well.
Branch over-the-counter services:
Shinsei Bank branches will operate as normal on Tuesday, April 30, Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 during Golden Week Holidays.

Shinsei Bank's home mortgage services will be offered as normal on Tuesday, April 30, Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 during Golden Week Holidays via Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-515 Menu 4) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
