Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Katsumi Yamazaki; Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announced today that, effective July 1, 2013, it has changed the corporate name of its subsidiary ARETS INTERNATIONAL NV (located in Niel in the Belgian province of Antwerp), the company from which Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co. acquired all outstanding shares on April 25, 2013.
