Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Katsumi Kitagawa; Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and all member companies in the Toyo Ink Group will implement the following organizational and personnel changes as of August 1, 2013:
1. Reorganization of Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (effective August 1, 2013)
- The Production-Logistics–Procurement HQ will newly establish a Trade Control Department.
Purpose: To define and delineate the basic control function of the Group’s trading business with regard to security trade control and geographical indications management, etc.
2. Major Personnel Changes (department heads and equivalent positions) (effective August 1, 2013)
