Shinsei Bank has two types of overseas remittance service: "GoRemit" and "PowerFlex overseas remittance."
You can use either service (or both) depending on your needs.

*You can register the account which you actually sent the funds to.
*You can register only one beneficiary account.

*Beneficiary accounts must be pre-registered.
*There is no limit to the number of beneficiary accounts you can register.

| How to make a remittance |
At a branch, by phone
*Instruction by phone is only available if the customer has pre-registered the beneficiary.

Transfer the funds in Yen to our designated bank account.
*Corporate customers must send us remittance instructions by FAX or online.

| Cut off time for Yen remittance |
The funds will be processed on the following business day after we have confirmed your funds in our account and received your remittance instructions. |
Funds received by 12 p.m. on business days will be processed on that day by us. Funds received after 12 p.m. will be processed on the following business day. |
| Cut off time for Foreign currency remittance |
Funds received by 1 p.m. on business days will be processed on that day by us. Funds received after 1 p.m. will be processed on the following business day.
*The cut off time for AUD, NZD, HKD and SGD is 11 a.m.

*The GoRemit exchange rate is updated every business day around 10 a.m. and is valid until 3 p.m. that day. Rates can be viewed on the GoRemit website.(www.goremit.jp/index/en)

We mainly provide services in Japanese at the branches. There are some branches with English speaking staffs, but not always available. Please visit our branch with someone who can understand Japanese if you have concerns about communication. Thank you for your understanding.
