Invalidation Trial Filed by Korean Company for Our Korean Patent pertaining to Die Bonding Film

The invalidation trial filed against Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuyuki Tanaka; Capital: 15.5 billion yen; hereinafter referred to as "Hitachi Chemical") by INNOX Corporation (Head Office: Asan-City Chungcheongnam-do, Korea; hereinafter referred to as "INNOX") for Hitachi Chemical's Korean Patent No. 723980 pertaining to die bonding film was dismissed on October 22, 2013 in a decision by the Korean Intellectual Property Office. The decision recognizes the validity of this Hitachi Chemical's Korean patent at this stage.

Hitachi Chemical has filed suit against INNOX with the Court of Taiwan on January 19, 2012 based on the Taiwan Patent No. I298084 corresponding to this Korean patent claiming infringement of this patent by INNOX.
