Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. announces that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today, it made an informal decision regarding the following changes in its organization and the missions of its directors and operating officers, to become effective April 1, 2014.

1. Organizational Change (as of April 1, 2014)

The main organizational change in Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. is as follows:

• A Group CEO management system will be introduced.
• The Top Management Division for Policy & Strategic Planning will be renamed the Group Management Dept.
