Notice Regarding Organizational Changes
INTER ACTION Corporation has made the following changes to its administrative organization effective February 16, 2009.
Organizational changes (effective on February 16, 2009)
1. Reason for changes
The following organizational changes have been made in association with the expansion of the solar cell business, the consideration of starting operations in Xi’an, China, and the company-wide consolidation of organizational units and workforce reductions implemented to streamline operations.
2. Description of changes
(1) The Business Promotion Department will be established, as a unit supervised directly by
the Company president.
(2) The New Business Promotion Department will be combined with the Optical Ecology
Development Department.
(3) The Business Administration Division will be renamed the Business Administration
Department and the activities of the Operation Department, Accounting Department and General Affairs & Personnel Department will be transferred to this department.
(4) The OPT Division will be renamed the OPT Development Department and the activities of
the Product Development Department and Customer Support Department will be transferred to this department.
(5) The Quality Assurance Department will be combined with the Business Administration
Department.
