Its Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting
The Board of Directors of INTER ACTION Corporation on April 15, 2008 approved a resolution to set the record date of its next extraordinary shareholders meeting. The details are as follows:

INTER ACTION has set the record date of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting planned for mid-June, 2008 as May 7, 2008. Shareholders on record in the final shareholders’ register and the beneficial shareholders’ register as of the record date will be eligible to exercise their voting rights.
