Announcement on Change of Representative Directors

NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) announces that its Board of Directors approved on March 25, 2014, a resolution to change the Representative Directors as described below.

This change, dated for June 25, 2014, will become an official decision by the Board of Directors after approval of appointment of the Representative Directors at the FY2013 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on the same day.

1. Reason for change

To increase the speed of various actions under the medium-term management plan “Revival 2014” and further strengthen the financial framework. Accelerating global expansion with a three-business (aftermarket, industrial machinery, automotive) headquarters structure, as well as building on the social responsibility and global human resources development of group companies around the world will usher in a new stage of growth in time to mark the company's 100th anniversary in 2018.
