2. Reason for change
President, CEO & COO Masao Kimura has submitted his resignation as representative director and director for personal reasons. The INTER ACTION Board of Directors accepted this resignation today. In conjunction with this action, Masaaki Kurimura has been named chairman and representative director and Tsuyoshi Fukuda has been named president and representative director in order to reinforce INTER ACTION’s business execution and management systems.
3. Scheduled date of change
Mr. Kimura will resign his post as representative director and director on December 31, 2007. On January 1, 2008, Mr. Kurimura will become Chairman and Mr. Fukuda will become President.
