This service is available for customers who have a Shinsei PowerFlex Cash Card.

- *2ATM transaction slips issued by city banks and other partner financial institutions show a withdrawal fee, however this is covered by Shinsei Bank and no fees are deducted from customers' Shinsei PowerFlex savings accounts.
ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed.
Coin transactions are not available.
Funds transfers are not available at Shinsei Bank ATMs.
Foreign currency in cash is not available at the branches or ATMs.
Fund transfer
Fund transfer requests received after 14:30 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2014 will be credited to accounts on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Fund transfer requests received after 14:30 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2014 will be credited to accounts on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
Branch over the counter services:
Shinsei Bank branches will operate as normal on Monday, April 28, April 30, May 1 and May 2, 2014 during Golden Week holidays.
Home Mortgage:
Shinsei Bank’s home mortgage services via Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-515 Menu 4) will be available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during Golden week holidays (April 26 to May 6, 2014).
