Alert regarding Submission of Quarterly Report by VIA Holdings,Inc.

VIA Holdings,Inc. (Code: 7918, Market Division: JASDAQ Standard) (hereinafter "the Company") has not submitted the quarterly report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2015 by the November 14, 2014 submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. As in "Notice Regarding Submission of Quarterly Report for 2nd Quarter of the Fiscal Year ending March 2015" disclosed on November 14, despite the completion of the quarterly report on November 14, the Company failed to submit said report on such date due to a misunderstanding of the operating hours of the EDINET system. The Company plans to submit the report promptly on November 17, 2014 (Mon.).
In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).
*The submission of the quarterly report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2015 has been confirmed on November 17, 2014 (Mon.).
Furthermore, the Company released "Notice Regarding Completion of Submission of Quarterly Report for 2nd Quarter of the Fiscal Year ending March 2015" at 9:10 a.m. on the same date.
