Inaugural Avex Worldwide Audition!
Avex Group 20th Anniversary Celebration: “avex world audition 2008”


We hereby announce that the Avex Group will hold a worldwide audition in major cities in Japan and overseas (Asia, North America, and Europe) as a part of the Avex Group 20th Anniversary Celebration project. This audition will target males and females aged seven to 24 who aim to play an active role in the entertainment business (as vocalists, actors, “talent,” models and dancers) to discover world-class entertainers. Grand prize winners of each category win an exclusive contract with us. We will provide them with a variety of opportunities to demonstrate their abilities, such as with CD debuts, appearances in movies and dramas and modeling jobs for magazines and commercials, providing them with strong back up. This will be the Group’s first worldwide audition, with management to be carried out by wholly owned subsidiary, Avex Planning & Development Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshihito Aoki). ■ Outline of the audition to be held in Japan
