Avex Entertainment Inc. greatly enhances its Disney music online distribution service for PCs in Japan - The number of Disney music titles available for downloading will double -
We hereby announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, Avex Entertainment Inc. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masato Matsuura, hereinafter, “AEI”) will substantially enhance its Disney music online distribution service for PCs
via

distribution sites in Japan. The service began in May 2007 to distribute music owned by
The Disney Music Group, the music arm of The Walt Disney Company

1. The number of Disney music titles available for downloading will double to more than 2,000 From March 5, 2008, more than 1,000 titles will be added to AEI’s portfolio of Disney music for distribution. With these additional titles, the number of Disney music titles downloadable in Japan will exceed 2,000. AEI will offer Disney music from various categories such as dance, musicals, wedding and kids’, including music titles from the latest movie “ENCHANTED” (to be released in Japan on March 14, 2008), which has received nominations for the 80th Academy Award® for Best Original Song. 2. Addition of two websites for the online distribution of Disney music Our wholly owned subsidiary, Avex Marketing Inc. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Takashi Araki), which is the exclusive distributor of music owned by The Disney Music Group via PCs, will begin distributing via “MySound” (YAMAHA MUSIC MEDIA CORPORATION) and “MusicOcean (MUSICO)” (NTT Communications Corporation) from March 5, 2008.
