This service is available for customers who have a Shinsei PowerFlex Cash Card.
Shinsei ATMs are aveailable during 9:00 - 17:00 (Weekdays).
Some of the Shinsei branches do not have Shinsei ATMs, but Seven Bank's ATMs(*1). Please use it instead.
- *1Some ATMs may have different service hours.
- *2ATM transaction slips issued by city banks and other partner financial institutions show a withdrawal fee, however this is covered by Shinsei Bank and no fees are deducted from customers' Shinsei PowerFlex savings accounts.
ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed.
Coin transactions are not available.
Funds transfers are not available at Shinsei Bank ATMs.
Foreign currency in cash is not available at the branches or ATMs.
Fund transfer
Fund transfer requests received after 14:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2014 will be credited to accounts on Thursday, April 30, 2015. Fund transfer requests received after 14:30 p.m. Fryday, May 1, 2015 will be credited to accounts on Thursday, May 7, 2015.
Investment trusts transactions:
Transactions made during holidays will be executed on the following business day. Please note that some investment trusts are not executed on specified days as well.
Branch over the counter services:
Shinsei Bank branches will operate as normal on Monday, April 27, Tuesday, April 28, Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1, 2015 during Golden Week holidays.
Home Mortgage:
Shinsei Bank's home mortgage services via Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-515 Menu 4) will be available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during Golden week holidays ( April 25 to May 6, 2015).
