Announcement on Non-operating Income (Subsidy revenue)
Please be informed that the non-operating income (subsidy revenue) is to be recorded for year-to-date financial statement for the first 9 months of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 as follows;
1.Record non-operating income (subsidy revenue)
PSS have recorded 97 million yen of subsidy revenue for the non-operating income on year-to-date financial statement for the first 9 months of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 and that is mainly comprised of governmental subsidy of 77 million yen for the new plant in Akita prefecture (Odate Reagent Center) and R&D subsidy by NEDO that arose in the 3rd quarter (January 1 to March 31, 2015) of this fiscal year.
2.Influence on corporate financial performance
With regard to the influence of the above-mentioned non-operating income (subsidy revenue) on corporate financial performance, please refer to the "Announcement on Changes in Financial Forecast" disclosed today (May 15, 2015).
