Subscribers Affected by Heavy Rains on July 21
SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation would like to offer its deepest condolences to all those affected by the heavy
rains that struck the cities of Hofu-shi and Yamaguchi-shi, Yamaguchi Prefecture on July 21.
The Japan Satellite Broadcasting Association (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Banjiro Uemura)
which, comprises 94 CS satellite broadcast business related companies, along with SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masanori Akiyama) have decided to offer concessions to SKY PerfecTV! and SKY PerfecTV! e2 subscribers in the areas where the Disaster Relief Act has been applied following the heavy rains of July 21. The Company has announced that subscribers who apply for the exemption and are deemed to have experienced viewing difficulties will be exempt from paying July billing amounts.

Monthly basic fee, the monthly subscription fee (for SKY PerfecTV! and SKY PerfecTV! e2, including the fee for PPV programs; amounts will vary according to the details of each subscription) and the monthly fee for the program guide.
