We have changed the format of the report that we distribute. Tsubaki's new Corporate
Report format is a combination of our Annual Report, our Corporate Profile,
and our Environmental Conservation Activities Report. We hope that the combined
format will provide a fuller picture of the Tsubaki Group's activities and performance
over the previous fiscal year.
