Changes in Oriental Land Company Executives
URAYASU, CHIBA—Oriental Land Co, Ltd. announced the following changes in the company’s representative directors as well as incoming and departing executive directors and executive officers, in accordance with a resolution passed at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 24, 2009. (Note: Changes in incoming and departing executive directors will be finalized upon approval by the 49th Stockholders’ Meeting scheduled to be held at the end of June.) 1.
