Shinsei Bank ATMs are available during 9:00 - 17:00 weekdays.
At some of Shinsei Bank branches, not Shinsei Bank but Seven Bank ATM services are provided*1.
- *1 Some ATMs may have different service hours.
- *2 ATM transaction slips issued by city banks and other partner financial institutions show a withdrawal fee, however this is covered by Shinsei Bank and no fees are deducted from customers' Shinsei PowerFlex savings accounts.
- ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed.
- Coin transactions are not available.
- Funds transfers are not available at Shinsei Bank ATMs.
- Foreign currency in cash is not available at the branches or ATMs.
Shinsei PowerDirect:
Shinsei PowerDirect (online banking service) is available for 24 hours throughout the year except system maintenance period.

Fund transfer:
Fund transfer requests received after 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 will be credited to accounts on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
Investment trusts transactions:
Transactions made on Japanese national holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note that some investment trusts have their own holidays on which their transaction requests will be not processed and will be carried out on the following business day.
Branch over the counter services:
Shinsei Bank branches will be closed from Saturday, December 31, 2016 through Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
Home Mortgage:
Shinsei Bank's home mortgage services via Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-515 Menu 4) will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 through 9 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
